How to order

PURCHASE GUIDELINES

We can guarantee that our items are way below retail prices!

  1. Please place your order via email to iclosetchic@gmail.com using this format:
  2. An Order Acknowledgment will be sent to you within 24 hours.  Kindly resend your orders if you do not receive any acknowledgment within that time. 
  3. Kindly make the necessary payment within 48 hours of receiving the Order Acknowledgement, otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
  4. iCC can only confirm the availability of your order/s 2-3 weeks after your payment has been received. 
  5. If an item in your order is unavailable, iCC will be informing you immediately. You may either choose another item to purchase or have the cost of that item refunded.
  6. Confirmed orders will be available for pick-up/delivery 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of payment.  An invoice will be sent to you within 48 hours
Important notes to remember: 
  • Please ensure you have the correct product code, colour and size. iCC will not be responsible if there is any mistake in your order.
  • Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.
  • Colours may differ slightly, depending on your monitor's resolution.
  • Please self-collect or opt for registered mail if your order consist of 8 items and above.  iCC could also schedule a meet up in designated locations within Singapore, please see schedule below.
  • Cancellation or alteration of confirmed orders are not allowed after payment is received.
  • Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
For delivery of orders via meet up:  Schedule and location
Weekdays: 6.30pm-8pm: City hall or Raffles MRT Station.
Weekends 1pm-6pm: Simei or Bishan MRT Station.

For delivery of orders via mail:
Please refer to Postage Information for the rates and additional fees for postage. We will not be responsible for any loss of items for Normal mails. Therefore registered mails are highly recommended.
Mailing cost is shouldered by the buyer.

PAYMENT MODES
Funds transfer to: 
POSB Savings account or UOB Uniplus account (account info shall be provided in your Order Acknowledgment)

REFUND POLICY
1. Applicable for refund:
- Wrong product is delivered (i.e. wrong sizes, colors or styles from what you ordered)
- Products with prominent quality problems, eg, torns and holes, big patches of soiled stains
- Out of stock orders

How to return the product:
- Kindly send a clear picture of the damaged part of the item via email indicating your purchase details (i.e. invoice/ref number, name, product code, date of purchase, etc.)
- Once iCC has agreed to have your product exchanged or returned, transaction should be made within the next 48 hours.
- The item must be in its unused & original package when returned. Buyers will pay postage for returns.

2. Not applicable for product returns:
iCC does not accept the ff. reasons for return:
- Change of mind
- Color difference
- Fabric not high-quality enough
- Not comfortable to wear
- Not as pretty as expected
- Too transparent
- Loose threads, crumpled
- Size don't fit (please do check our size chart before placing order)
- Products that are unpacked, washed and worn
- Discounted/Clearance products
